Janis Matsunaga was honored as 2020 State Employee of the Year for her contributions to entomology, while the Corrections Programs Services — Education Branch received the 2020 State Team of the Year award for reducing recidivism through education. Gov. Green acknowledged the honorees' significant contributions to the community.
