
Residents of the 20100 block of Devin Ct. experienced a moment of potential danger when a suspect reportedly discharged a firearm in the direction of a building. The Harris County Constable's Office reported that on Friday, one of its deputies, while on patrol, was notified of the incident involving Elvin Perdomo as the suspect.
According to Constable Mark Herman's Facebook post, it didn't take long for the deputy to locate and apprehend Perdomo. Further inquiries by the Constable's Office appear to confirm that a handgun was fired, raising alarm in the suburban enclave. Constable Herman’s post notes, "Elvin Perdomo was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Deadly Conduct. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 338th District Court."
The suspect, Elvin Perdomo, now faces the legal consequences of his actions, with a bond reflecting the severity of the offense as determined by a district court.
