Upon arriving, they found Al Quraishi unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of a business, Randolph, who was at the scene admitted to officers that he had shot the victim, after which he was disarmed and detained. Although paramedics arrived swiftly, Al Quraishi was pronounced dead at the scene.

Harris County District Attorney’s Office was consulted by detectives, subsequent to which Randolph was charged with murder. He has since been transported to the Harris County jail.
