According to a report published on Houston PD's Robbery Division website, the incident took place at approximately 8:20 pm, on April 18, when an unknown male entered a sandwich shop on the 1000 block of Federal, in Houston. The suspect, brandishing a handgun in his waistband, approached a staff member at the counter and demanded the cash from the register. The employee complied, and the perpetrator subsequently fled from the scene in an unspecified direction.
Police have provided a description of the suspect as a Black male with a medium build, wearing a black shirt and light-colored pants.
