The Houston Police Department is actively seeking the public's help in tracking down one Kevan Hall, a 31-year-old man wanted in connection to a robbery. Highlighted in a recently released video, this case sees an 80-year-old woman victimized in broad daylight as she was about to conduct a transaction at a crypto kiosk inside a convenience store located at the 2100 block of Fannin in Houston, Texas.

The incident occurred on the afternoon of July 12, when surveillance footage captured two men approaching the elderly victim from behind before one of them snatched an envelope filled with cash from her hands. The pair promptly fled the scene in a black vehicle. After poring over tips from Crime Stoppers and conducting an in-depth investigation, detectives identified Hall as one of the suspects involved in this brazen theft, detailed in the Houston Police Department’s blog post.

A robbery warrant for Hall was issued on Sunday, yet he remains at large as of today. Hall is also not a stranger to law enforcement, as he is currently out on bond for unrelated charges of unlawful carrying of a firearm and deadly conduct dating back to an arrest on July 5. The public is urged to come forward with any pertinent information that may lead to Hall's arrest, according to the HPD's blog post.
