A tragic single-vehicle crash in Osceola County claimed the life of a woman late Saturday night. Mindy Eppinger, a 47-year-old resident of Kenansville, was driving an SUV southbound on Canoe Creek Road when, for reasons yet undetermined, she lost control of her vehicle. As reported by ClickOrlando, the incident occurred around 11:25 p.m., north of Sunset Ranch Road. Eppinger's vehicle eventually overturned, coming to rest in a ditch alongside the road.
Despite being secured by her seat belt during the crash, Eppinger did not survive the accident and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
