A recent shooting incident in northeast Columbus has culminated in the death of a local man, authorities revealed.
Officers arrived at the scene in the 4200 block of Cleveland Avenue shortly before 3 p.m. on Monday after receiving reports of a shooting, as first disclosed by CW Columbus. The victim, subsequently identified as 28-year-old Cordell Tatney by the Columbus Division of Police, was rushed to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Despite efforts to save his life, Tatney was pronounced dead at 4:02 p.m., reported WBNS.
