A violent disagreement escalated into a shooting incident on the northwest side of San Antonio early this morning, resulting in a 61-year-old man losing part of his finger. According to KENS 5, the confrontation occurred around 3:23 a.m. in the 2300 block of Vance Jackson Road. The argument between the two men, with the suspect being 39 years old, led to the older man being shot in the finger.

The victim was promptly taken to the hospital and is reported to be in stable condition. The same incident was reported by FOX San Antonio, adding that the shooting happened at Silver Springs Apartments, near Clara Lane. The alleged shooter is said to have fled the scene on an electric bike, which complicates the police's efforts to locate him.
