After over three weeks of uncertainty, the resolution brings some peace to her family and friends, who had been seeking her whereabouts since her disappearance at the end of August. According to Hawaii Police Department, Muasau Wong was last seen before being found on Saturday, August 31, around noon, in the same locale of Captain Cook. She is described as Hawaiian with a tan complexion, measuring 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, with long curly black hair, and brown eyes.
The Hawaii County Police Department has sought public help in finding Muasau Wong, sharing her information and description extensively on social media and local news. In a public appeal on the Hawaii Police Department's Instagram page, the police emphasized the urgency of collecting information and the vital role of community cooperation in such cases.
