Investigators have pinpointed the area of Allegheny Commons on Cedar Avenue, on the North Side of Pittsburgh, as the last known location where Nolan may have been; however, the specifics of her disappearance remain unclear, leading to an increased sense of urgency within the local community and law enforcement as they call for public assistance in this case.
