On May 13, Harvey Cole, age 26, was allegedly caught by two students engaging in acts of self-pleasure during what was meant to be a break from academic activities. Following the shocking discovery, the school took a day to report the incident to authorities, as outlined by WTSP. It wasn't until several months later, on September 11, that action was taken in the form of an arrest warrant issued for Cole.
