Beginning at midnight on Saturday and continuing until the end of Sunday, Emergency No Parking regulations will be in effect on Pennsylvania Avenue from 3rd Street to 9th Street, NW, as well as on several intersecting streets. Motorists should be aware that any vehicles parked in violation of these restrictions will be subject to ticketing and may be towed, as indicated by the posted emergency no parking signs. This measure is necessary due to the large crowds drawn by the festival each year, prioritizing the safety of pedestrians.
In addition, intermittent closures may also affect 7th Street from E Street to Constitution Avenue, NW, with the potential for halted vehicle traffic intermittently between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on both days of the festival.
