A pedestrian was left in critical condition after an incident on the northwest side of San Antonio yesterday evening. According to KENS 5, the accident occurred while the woman was crossing the 4700 block of Culebra Road at approximately 9:46 p.m.
The driver, who was behind the wheel of a sedan, did stop to provide assistance to the victim. However, during the course of their response, authorities discovered the driver had outstanding warrants and she was placed under arrest. In connection to the victim, she was promptly transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
