
On Tuesday, a disturbance in the 11500 block of Brown Trail led to the arrest of Simon Holloway for making a terroristic threat. According to a post by Constable Mark Herman's Office, deputies arrived at the scene following a call about a yelling man who was possibly armed, witnesses saw the man inside a residence behaving in a threatening manner.
Upon their arrival, deputies made contact with Holloway, who was then observed standing inside the property with his hands concealed behind his back, at this point Holloway yelled at the caller, threatening to kill her for alerting the authorities before barricading himself in the home, after some time, however, Holloway exited the house and surrendered to the police without further incident.
Holloway was subsequently taken into custody and charged with terroristic threats. "Simon Holloway was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Terroristic Threat. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of County Court 14," Constable Mark Herman's Office stated in a Facebook post.
