
A man was fatally shot Sunday night in Southwest Baltimore, marking the city's latest homicide. According to FOX Baltimore, Baltimore City Police were called to the 1800 block of Wilhelm Street at about 11:17 PM following a ShotSpotter alert.
When officers arrived, they discovered a 43-year-old man who had been struck by gunfire several times. Emergency medical services were summoned, and the man was transported to a local hospital. Despite the efforts of healthcare providers, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival. Homicide detectives are currently leading the investigation into the man's death, the details of which have not been made public.
