Local law enforcement officers recently took into custody three individuals implicated in an armed robbery that took place at a Circle K store on FM 2920 Road. On August 25, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office were dispatched to the scene where a group of four females reportedly used a weapon to intimidate and steal from an employee while procuring goods from the establishment.
According to the victim's account, the suspects approached with aggression, one arming herself with a black civilian taser. Their attempt to deploy the weapon against the employee was successfully made evident when one of the suspects activated the taser during the scuffle. The commotion led the employee to retreat, prioritizing their personal safety over the confrontation. The group then made their escape in a white BMW. In a statement obtained by Constable Mark Herman's official Facebook page, the suspects were identified through photo arrays. The group consisted of three juveniles and one adult, Dezera Lambert, all of whom had charges filed against them and warrants for their arrest issued under the felony charge of robbery.
"Two out of three of the juveniles were arrested and booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center for Robbery. Dezera Lambert was also arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Her bond was set at $5,000.00 put of the 337th District Court. The last juvenile is still currently wanted by law enforcement," detailed Constable Mark Herman in a Facebook post.
