Third Suspect Charged in 2018 Fatal Shooting in Houston, Search for Fourth Continues

A third individual has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred over six years ago at a grocery store parking lot located at 9828 Blackhawk Boulevard.

The suspect, named Darius Limar Sonnier, age 25, now faces capital murder charges alongside two others previously accused, Johntiz Robertson, 23, and Reginald Hawkins, 22, all charged for their alleged involvement in the 2018 killing of 75-year-old That Huu Le; the charges against Sonnier were filed in the 180th State District Court, rostering the total number of suspects to be three while the police continue their search for a fourth, who remains unidentified and at-large, as initially reported in a news release from the City of Houston.
