
Constable Mark Herman's Office deputies responded to a call of a disturbance in the Tomball area, ending in the arrest of a man for aggravated assault and multiple outstanding warrants. Officials say that upon arrival at the 12700 block of Boudreaux Road, the suspect, identified as Mitchell West, was detained without further incident.
According to the official Facebook post by Constable Herman's Office, West is accused of striking another male on the head with a blunt object, causing injury. In the course of the investigation, it was also uncovered that West had not one, or two, but 11 active Class C Misdemeanor Warrants tied to his name.
The suspect was promptly arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. "Mitchell West was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, for Aggravated Assault and the 11 Class C Misdemeanor Warrants. At this time his bond and court information have not been set, " stated Constable Mark Herman in a Facebook post.
