According to WTAE, Powell was seen last Thursday at approximately 6:30 p.m. by the state police in Kittanning.
Powell is physically described as 6 feet, 2 inches in height and 220 pounds. He bears hazel eyes shaded by brown hair and was last noted wearing green hospital scrub clothes. The specifics of Powell’s appearance were accorded to WPXI, a local news outlet.
