The arrest occurred around 6 p.m. as detectives patrolled the area and spotted 23-year-old Angel Santana-Santiago behind the wheel. Confirmed suspicions of an outstanding warrant led to the vehicle stop, which escalated when officials discovered Santana-Santiago was armed.
