The 13th Annual Hiring Red, White & You! Statewide Job Fair is ready to connect job seekers with potential employers on Nov. 19. According to an announcement on the City of Arlington's official website, the event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Globe Life Field in Arlington. Transitioning service members, veterans, and their families, as well as the general public, are invited to explore opportunities from over 160 employers with thousands of job openings.
In partnership with Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County, The Texas Workforce Commission, and the Texas Veterans Commission, the job fair aims to directly assist veterans in finding gainful employment, although the event is open to all job seekers. Priority access, however, will be given to veterans to potentially quickly place them into the workforce. Pre-registration for the job fair is encouraged to expediently manage lines on the day of the event.
Job fair attendees will be offered free parking at the steadfastly chosen Globe Life Field, located at 734 Stadium Drive, ensuring accessibility and convenience. The job fair continues a tradition that has been actively supporting Texas veterans since its inception in 2012, as mentioned in the City of Arlington's news release.
