Officials report that the young driver, heading westward on W. Capitol Drive, tragically died after being transported to the hospital. In a failure to render aid, the eastbound driver fled the scene. As conveyed by CBS58, the Milwaukee Police Department located the vehicle involved but is still to urgently seek out the driver responsible for the incident.

Despite the recovery of the vehicle, authorities have not yet released a description of either the driver or the car. Milwaukee police are reaching out to the community for assistance.
