
A Victorville man lost his life after gunfire broke out at a house party late Friday night. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department, 23-year-old Tamariya Johnson was shot at a residence on the 14500 block of Coalinga Road where the party was being held.
Authorities responded to the scene around 12:47 a.m., Saturday, following a report of multiple shots fired. Upon arrival, deputies found a scene crowded with partygoers and later discovered that Johnson had been taken to the hospital by friends prior the deputy's arrival. He was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the medical facility. The details were provided in a press release by the Sheriff-Coroner's office.
No suspect has been identified in connection to the murder, leaving the assailant at large. The Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division – Homicide Detail, is handling the ongoing investigation. They are urging anyone with information to come forward and help in solving this tragedy.
