Hernan Orozco was found to be residing at an address different from what he had reported to authorities, a breach of his legal obligations as a registered sex offender.
The investigation, which led to Orozco's arrest, involved serving a search warrant at the address he had provided, located in the 68000 block of Sunnyslope Drive. However, it was soon discovered that Orozco was not to be found at this location, but instead, was living in a trailer on a neighboring property to the west.
