With the help of a K-9 unit, the vehicle was scanned, and drugs were detected. This gave the officers probable cause to conduct a thorough search, which turned up a revolver and a handgun, along with small amounts of cocaine, cannabis, and paraphernalia. The two individuals at the heart of the case were apprehended and now face charges.
