Yesterday, at around 1:50 p.m., officers responded to a robbery report at the Red Roof Inn at 6600 Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park. Upon arrival, they discovered that three suspects armed with BB guns had entered the room of a 25-year-old male and assaulted him. The Anne Arundel County Police Department quickly gathered information about the suspects and their vehicle from security footage obtained from a nearby business.

Using the descriptions from the footage, law enforcement located a 2005 Cadillac Escalade connected to the crime. Officers could track down the vehicle and apprehend the suspects shortly after the robbery.
The suspects have been identified as Elijah Marquise Brown, a 24-year-old male from Halethorpe, Maryland; Anthony Edward Taylor, a 20-year-old male from Glen Burnie, Maryland; and a 15-year-old male juvenile. The swift response from officers led to a successful resolution of the incident.
