
Firefighters in northeast Austin demonstrated swift action as they extinguished a house fire Monday morning at a residence on Quiette Drive. According to CBS Austin, the Austin Fire Department was called to the scene of a structural fire at 3506 Quiette Drive around 7:41 a.m.

Upon arrival, the firefighting crews deployed extension ladders to reach the upper windows of the home, scouring for any sign of the blaze spreading to adjacent areas. The fire, visible from at least one second-story window, was contained without further incident. A social media update from Austin Fire Info assured the public that "fire is extinguished and no fire extension." No individuals were harmed as a result of the incident.
