Authorities are on the hunt for answers following a late-night shooting in Dundalk. In a statement just after midnight, officials confirmed that detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit are actively involved in piecing together what happened on the night of September 29 when a 52-year-old man was shot. The incident occurred shortly before 11:30 p.m. on the 600 block of Goodman Ave., per the Baltimore County Police.
The response to the reported shooting by officers of the Dundalk Precinct was immediate, and upon arrival, they quickly identified the victim suffering from gunfire wounds. He was promptly transported to the local hospital and remains in critical but stable condition. The detectives are urging the community to help actively by coming forward with any information.
