Residents and anyone with potentially valuable knowledge are being urged to step forward with the offer of a monetary incentive by Metro Crime Stoppers, who has promised a reward of up to $4,000 for tips leading to an arrest.
Announced via their flyer, they listed contact details for those wishing to provide information, either directly to detectives at 410-396-2477 or anonymously through the tip line at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
