The victim reportedly sustained neck and facial injuries after being assaulted with a handheld squeegee while inside his vehicle.

On October 29, 2024, at approximately 10:25 a.m. Western District patrol officers responded to the 500 block of North Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, for a report of an aggravated assault.

The police responded to the crime scene at approximately 10:25 a.m. following a report of the incident. A description of the assailant was quickly disseminated among the officers patrolling the vicinity. The rapid response and coordinated effort by the Baltimore Police led to the apprehension of a 13-year-old male suspected of the assault. He was located without resistance in the 900 block of Myrtle Avenue, a short distance from where the assault took place.
After his arrest, the juvenile was taken to the Juvenile Justice Facility for processing and detention. The Baltimore Police's social media post detailing these events affirmed that the suspect was arrested without incident, implying that no further harm occurred during the juvenile's apprehension.
