Santa Rosa Police and the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office have arrested Tina M. Cabudoy, 50, after discovering she allegedly embezzled over $100,000 from Amaturo Sonoma Media Group LLC, where she worked as a business manager, per the Santa Rosa Police Department.

Detectives tracked an elaborate trail of unauthorized transactions, including personal Amazon purchases and luxury hotel stays, which ultimately exceeded $160,000. Cabudoy was taken into custody in San Jose, and additional financial records were seized as evidence.

This is not Cabudoy's first encounter with embezzlement allegations. In early 2024, she was charged with stealing nearly $300,000 from a San Carlos tech company, according to Hoodline. That case, revealed in June 2023, led to her arrest in March.

Cabudoy is currently held in the Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility with a $100,000 bail enhancement on embezzlement charges. The San Mateo County Sheriff's Office encourages the public to assist with their ongoing investigation.
