Residents of Brooklyn Park experienced a jolt of unrest on the night of October 9th when a home invasion occurred in the serene 10000 block of Scott Avenue North. According to the Brooklyn Park Police Department Alert, at approximately 9:43 P.M., three masked men armed and determined breached the tranquility of a local household. The intruders exploited an open door to gain entry, subsequently absconding with property belonging to the victim.
Brooklyn Park Police were summoned to the scene swiftly, responding with a strategy to corner the suspects. They established an encompassing perimeter, bringing in the State Patrol helicopter and a drone to scour the area, as per the Brooklyn Park Police Department. Despite their efforts, which included a K9 track, the exact location of the culprits continued to elude the authorities.
Authorities believe the suspects may be known to the victim's family. Multiple agencies have responded to assist the Brooklyn Park Police Department, and the incident is currently under investigation
