According to CBS58, Irby, who suffers from dementia, was last seen walking away from his home near 45th and Fountain in Brown Deer. Police believe he was last spotted at the intersection of Sherman and Capitol in Milwaukee.
Irby is described as being about six feet tall and weighing approximately 220 pounds. He suffers from dementia and has short gray hair and brown eyes. At the time he was last seen, he was wearing a black veterans cap, a plaid jacket in black, gray, and white, gray sweatpants, and black shoes. He may also be carrying a brown bamboo walking stick and a black backpack, as reported by TMJ4.
Local authorities have issued a Silver Alert to enhance the search for Johnny Irby, a 75-year-old man with dementia reported critically missing. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel noted that he was last seen just before 11 a.m. on Saturday near North Sherman Boulevard and West Capitol Drive in Milwaukee.
