"I seen a lot of cops out here surrounding a baby and a guy that was holding the baby," Krykette Kowalski stated. "The cops asked the guy to put the baby down, he didn't want to."
"All they did was ask for the baby, they were calm," Kowalski further explained that the suspect, though unwillingly, set the baby down on the ground, leading to the prompt arrival of emergency services.
