These charges stem from an incident where, Aviles allegedly, opened fire into a vehicle, which resulted in the death of a young man. The event took place at around 2:44 a.m. on the 3400 block of W. Fullerton Ave.
The case has now progressed to the point where the accused is set to appear for a detention hearing. The hearing is scheduled for today, October 5, 2024, at the courthouse located at 2600 S.
