The family-friendly "Touch A Truck: What Moves Clay" event has been rescheduled to November 2 at 9 a.m. at the Clay County Fairgrounds due to a storm. Originally set for September 28, the event promises a fun experience for families, as announced by the Clay County.
Laura Christmas reports that it will showcase a variety of service vehicles in Clay County. This is a chance for residents to see important community vehicles like fire trucks, police cars, and big construction machines up close. It’s a fun, free event for families and a great way to celebrate the community.
Visitors can see the vehicles during a quiet time from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. After that, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., it will be lively with lights and sirens. Baptist Medical Center Clay is sponsoring this fun family event, which will include activities for kids, food trucks, and booths from local organizations where parents can get giveaways and learn about community services, as stated by the Clay County.
