Rashid, described as having medium build and black hair, brown eyes, is 5'10" and weighs around 190 lbs. Notably, he has tattoos on his arm. When last seen, he was somewhere in the neighborhood, but what he was wearing at that time remains unknown.
The Central Detectives Division is asking for the public's assistance. In their statement, there's no information about his condition when he disappeared or any circumstances that might explain his absence. They are keen to gather any details that could lead to locating Rashid.
