
The Detroit Police Department is urgently requesting public assistance in locating Tyler Evans, a 28-year-old man who has been reported missing since leaving his home on the 1600 block of W. Fort Street last Sunday, October 27th. According to ClickOnDetroit, Tyler did not return home and has become a concern for family and authorities alike.
Tyler is described as having a height of 5 feet 11 inches, weighing about 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. When last seen, he was wearing a green hat, a plaid shirt, leggings, and New Balance shoes. His father has shared that Tyler is autistic and also contends with bipolar disorder, which may add to the urgency of finding him swiftly.
In a plea for public vigilance, the Detroit Police Department's Missing Persons page shared a notice on social media, providing an additional avenue for concerned citizens to possibly aid in finding Tyler. "Please help us find missing Tyler Evans. If you have any information, please call Detroit's 3rd Precinct at (313) 596-1340 or 911," stated the department.
