A 29-year-old man is in critical condition following a traumatic encounter with a vehicle in Falmouth, Massachusetts. As reported by NBC Boston, the pedestrian was struck yesterday on Main Street around 5:15 p.m.
The man, whose identity has yet to be disclosed, sustained life-threatening injuries and required immediate transportation to the hospital by Falmouth Fire and Rescue. Investigations into the crash are ongoing by the Falmouth Police, the Cape Cod Law Enforcement Crash Reconstruction Unit, and the Barnstable County Sheriff's Office, according to NBC Boston.
There seems to be a consensus that the man was not in a crosswalk at the time of the accident.
