Girouard, a 59-year-old Caucasian male last seen in August of 2023 by his family in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Details from the police department's Facebook post indicate that Girouard is approximately 5'9 ft. tall, of a thin build and is recognizable by his short "salt and pepper" colored hair and brown eyes. A distinctive feature is a freckle under his left eye.
The search for Girouard has gained urgency, as the reporting to the authorities seems to have been delayed, with the last confirmed sighting occurring over a year ago. The Fitchburg Police have encouraged the public to come forward with any relevant information that may assist in locating Girouard.
