Former President Donald Trump is set to hold a rally in Las Vegas next week. The event, called "United for Change," is organized by Turning Point PAC to engage the Asian American and Pacific Islander community. It will take place at the UNLV Thomas & Mack Arena on Thursday, starting at 7:00 p.m., with doors opening at 2:00 p.m., according to News 3 LV and FOX5 Vegas.
Trump will be a special guest speaker at the event, which is expected to draw large crowds ahead of the November 8 Presidential Election. With early voting starting in Nevada, his presence is important in this battleground state. Former GOP candidate Vivek Ramaswamy and former U.S. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard will also take part in the rally.
Notably, the "United for Change" event will mark Trump's first appearance in Nevada during the early voting period, which begins Saturday and lasts through Friday. Nevada is rated a toss-up by The Cook Political Report for the upcoming election. Trump's visit is seen as a tactical move to sway undecided voters as political tensions ramp up in the Silver State.
