Authorities have reported an arrest following an incident of aggravated assault that took place in the 24500 block of Tomball Parkway. Harris County deputies responded to the emergency last Saturday, culminating in the detention of Logan Sims, the individual now facing serious charges.
According to the Constable's Office on Facebook, Sims is accused of a particularly heinous act: not only did he apparently wield a firearm with menacing intent, but he coupled this threat with racial slurs hurled at the victim. The victim has expressed that the confrontation led them to perceive a very real and immediate threat to their life. Sims was arrested and subsequently booked into the Harris County Jail. His bond was set by the court.
In a statement provided by Constable Mark Herman, "Logan Sims was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. His bond was set at $30,000.00 out of County Court 208."
