A recent incident in Harris County has led to the arrest of a man after he reportedly spat on law enforcement officers and issued threats against their lives. The confrontation occurred on October 19, when citizens near the 10800 block of Grant Road alerted a deputy to a man causing a disturbance at a local business. According to a Facebook post by Constable Mark Herman, the man identified as Timothy Justice had trespassed on the property and was detained by officers from Precinct 4.
During the investigation, Justice began to aggressively spit at the deputies, prompting them to hastily employ a spit mask to prevent contact with his bodily fluids. Constable Herman's post revealed that while being transported to jail, Justice not only continued to act belligerently, but also directly threatened to swiftly end the life of an arresting deputy.
As a result of his actions, Timothy Justice was apprehended and subsequently charged with Harassment of a Public Servant and Retaliation. "Timothy Justice was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charge with Harassment of a Public Servant and Retaliation," Herman disclosed in his statement on Facebook. Justice's bond was subsequently set at $10,000.00 in the 209th District Court.
