Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's office were dispatched to a residence on Wunderlich Drive on Monday, after receiving reports of an armed confrontation. The event unfolded in the 14900 block. A woman named Brittni Lynn found herself at the center of the disturbance, having gained unauthorized entry into a home and then drawing a firearm on another female, the authorities detailed.
The deputies arrived promptly, assessed, and apprehended Lynn without further incident. According to the constable's office's Facebook post, the subsequent investigation uncovered enough evidence for them to charge Lynn with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Her confrontation is now enmeshed with the legal system, as court proceedings await to unfurl the events and intentions of that day.
"Brittni Lynn was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Her total bond was set at $20,000.00 out of the 208th District Court," Constable Mark Herman delineated in a Facebook post.
