He was reported to be driving a grey, 2016 Buick Lacrosse with Texas license plate TBY5852. According to a post shared by the Precinct 4 Constable's Office, the vehicle's most recent location ping was detected near Hampton/Beckley Street in Houston.
The Constable's Office is urging the public to actively help in locating Paul.
