A stabbing incident in southeast Houston has left one man dead. The event took place last night in the parking lot of an apartment complex on the 5900 block of Selinsky Road. According to neighbors, screams for help were heard around 9:00 p.m., as reported by FOX 26 Houston.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene to discover the victim, who died from his injuries. At present, the identity of the man has not been released, as investigators are still collecting evidence and interviewing potential witnesses to piece together the moments leading up to the tragedy.
The Houston Police Department (HPD) is actively involved in the investigation of the crime. Given the lack of surveillance equipment in the vicinity, HPD has issued a call for witnesses, asking anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
