Through the thickening plot of time and neglect, Texas EquuSearch has joined forces with HPD, to search not only the grounds but also the deteriorating structure, seeking to unravel the mystery of the missing. EquuSearch’s volunteers were seen thoroughly to dig and sift through the unearthed soil, while sometime removing items in black plastic bags away from public eyes.
The excavation has attracted local attention, resulting in increased activity from law enforcement and crime scene investigators. The recent report of a missing resident adds urgency to the ongoing work on Elmview Drive. Detectives have acknowledged the extended timeline of the case, as noted by ABC13.
