The JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa is preparing to celebrate its 25th anniversary. According to 8 News Now, the three-day event will feature entertainment, including fireworks, food trucks, cake, a DJ, and chances for guests to win prizes.
As part of the festivities, the resort is throwing what they're dubbing a "25th Anniversary Fireworks Festival" set to dazzle attendees this Sunday, from 3 to 8 p.m., with the night sky illuminating punctually at 7 p.m., according to 8 News Now.
Michelle McHugh, the vice president and general manager of the resort, has expressed pride in the property’s evolution and standing within the vibrant Las Vegas community. “This property is so proud to be part of the Las Vegas community…we’re loving it,” she told 8 News Now. In anticipation of future developments, McHugh also noted, "We recently completed a renovation that has taken us to the next level. We have a lot of great things planned and will be debuting over the next couple of months."
For those worried about parking during the celebration, Tivoli Village will provide overflow parking. They will offer a free shuttle service between the resort and the parking area every 15 minutes from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., ensuring guests can easily access the event.
According to FOX5 Vegas, Rampart Casino, which operates within the JW Marriott property, is also participating in the anniversary excitement with its contributions to the weekend's events. Patrons can look forward to free cake and champagne toasting tomorrow and bingo sessions on Saturday that could line pockets with an extra $2,500.
