
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is conducting an ongoing investigation into a robbery that occurred early September in a business located in the 3000 block of North Las Vegas Boulevard. According to News 3 LV, the incident took place around 2 a.m. on September 6, 2024, near North Pecos, where an unidentified man assaulted an employee before making off with merchandise.
Authorities shared a description of the individual, who they say is an adult black male with a thin build. Accused of executing the robbery, he is estimated to be between 18 to 30 years old, standing 5’9”-5’10” tall, with short black hair. At the time of the incident, wearing a gray hoodie, a red undershirt, and carrying a gray backpack, he forcefully punched and kicked the employee before fleeing the scene.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police further clarified the suspect's attire in the surveillance footage, noting his blue jeans and dark patterned shoes with distinctive pink laces. This description was corroborated by FOX5 Las Vegas, which also included an appeal to the public for any relevant information on the suspect.
