Old Town Lewisville is gearing up for an evening of spooktacular fun as the "Little Monsters on Main" Halloween event takes place on Saturday, October 26, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. The City of Lewisville, in collaboration with the Old Town Business Association, will provide families with a variety of free Halloween activities that promise excitement without the fright.
Main Street will transform into a Halloween wonderland, with local businesses offering more than the usual tricks and treats. According to the City of Lewisville, children and their guardians can enjoy Halloween-themed inflatables and strolling performers to keep the festive spirit alive. The first 250 costumed trick-or-treaters to visit the information tent will also receive a free, branded "Little Monsters on Main" bag.
From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., attendees can test their bravery with a Haunted Hayride departing from City Hall, adding just the right amount of spooky thrill. For those seeking a lighter evening, the animated movie Hotel Transylvania will be screened outdoors at 8 p.m. in Wayne Ferguson Plaza.
Refreshments will be available, with Pop’s Kettle Corn selling snacks on-site. Visitors looking for a full meal can explore the local restaurants in Old Town, which will be open for dining in or carry-out.
The event aligns with the "Old Town" Big Move initiative from the Lewisville 2025 vision plan, which aims to cultivate Old Town Lewisville into a vibrant community hub. Wayne Ferguson Plaza, a 1.5-acre green space featuring water elements, performance stages, and native plants, serves as the centerpiece of the celebration, providing a beautiful backdrop for this family-friendly Halloween experience.
